Founders of Reaching Out Ministries
God gave us a vision to start a church and teach the supernatural. Studying with the assembly of God and Licensed with the International Ministerial Association we formed Reaching out Ministries Inc. ROM (for short) as a nonprofit a community-based corporation. Now we are Licensed and ordained with RAIN Ministries. (Resurrection Apostolic International Network) and have been traveling with RAIN healing teams, teaching healing, the supernatural and holding conferences.
Pastors Allen & Wanda Skroch
We have both been recipients of a miraculous healing experience. Wanda had acute kidney failure and Allen had a tumour on his lungs without medical treatment both conditions were healed. In addition, Allen has been healed by God from being crippled, blood clots, incredible burns, and delivered from smoking and alcohol From this beginning they have studied faith healing for 50 years traveling to 18 countries multiple times documenting miracles as God moved. They have led healing teams and empowered others to heal the sick.
We are self-made business people and coming from the world of farming, business, teaching and corporate leadership they will add new insights to your theology. Reaching out Ministries is to bring forth a measure of expertise and experience not normally seen in traditional ministry.
We operate in all the gifts of the spirit as the need arises. Traveling and presenting with Hunter ministries, Front Line Ministries, International Worship Center, Servants of All, Various Zoom Meetings, Christ family Ministries, Hear and Obey, Teamwork, Perry Stone Ministries, RAIN, IMA and in the process formed Reaching Out Ministries Inc, they have seen the hand of God work many different ways.
We have produced a local TV program called "Reaching Out" dealing with social issues from a biblical perspective. We've also started a food distribution which operates on a weekly basis.

The Word of God
We believe the Bible and all it contains to be God’s infallible Word and the revelation of His Will to mankind- believers and non-believers alike; and accept it as our all sufficient rule for all aspects of life and conduct
We believe that God’s ordained order for His people is that each local Body of Believers are to assemble themselves together for worship, fellowship, counsel, and instruction in the Word of God and the work of the Ministry.

We believe in the exercise and use of those spiritual gifts (I Corinthians 12:7-10) and the five-fold ministry (Ephesians 4:11-12) including the offices of apostle, prophet, evangelist, pastor and teacher provided for in the New Testament.
We believe in baptism by immersion, the open communion of believers, anointing the sick with oil (James 7:14), the binding together of a man and woman in matrimony (Ephesians 5), and applying the blood (2 Peter 1:2).

We believe that these things are essential to “grow up into Him in all things”, “to be conformed to the image of His Son”, “that the man of God may be perfect (complete), thoroughly furnished unto all good works”.
We believe that Jesus has commissioned us through the baptism of the Holy Spirit to: heal the sick, cast out demons, raise the dead, feed the poor, bind up the broken hearted, cloth the poor, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation that through the Holy Spirit working through us, He might reconcile the world to Himself (Matthew 10:8).
